From peaks to valleys to the ocean and back...
i moved around a lot. a non military family, just rolling with the flow, riding waves while i was at it. until adulthood when I spread my wings, came home, and repeated that process over and over.
I was born and raised in utah, but parkland, coral springs (2 florida), mesa (arizona), and charleston (south carolina) all took me in for a good time.
I started with drawing horses as a kid, and watching my grandma and great aunt paint the tetons.
Music started with piano against my will, then santa gave me the guitar and I taught myself. couldn't read tabs until 10 years in. uncle dave on the 5th circle, "just play from the heart and soul none of it matters anyway."
Bringing awareness to CPTSD survivors
I'm a survivor of multiple counts of sexual, physical, psychological and emotional abuse in the world. thank god for family though. for real. wouldn't be alive without them.
although I was unknowingly doing somatic therapies my whole life, my first diagnosis of PTSD didn't come until summer of 2021. That later finally corrected to CPTSD officially in may of 2026, soon after my 8yr old self-trained german shepherd service dog named Driggs passed away from a degenerative nerve disease called lumbrosacral stenosis. it was there all along, both of us knew it, for both of us.
as a woman, "arguing" with my doctors about my diagnosis and medication is commonplace. unfortunately for them, I'm still proving them wrong every time, for better or for worse.
a former realtor, model, actress, food runner, front desk receptionist in title, real estate recruiter, reflexologist, paint and sip instructor, multi-company project manager, and landscaper, art and music have always been there for me when it mattered

Frequently asked questions
how are you doing?
just grand. living the dream. next question.
are you single?
why would you even ask me this. are you my tax guy? then it doesn't matter either way.
you have beautiful eyes. where'd you get them?
genetics. can't make this shit up. seriously. doesn't matter dressed up or down. worse either way. that bad? I'm 1pt away from being legally blind to the right, 2 away from the left. "severe," just like my right side high pitched hearing loss. hearing aid? yeah, but no bass, can't stand it. left side? no need apparently. lasik? later, if I qualify.
what does lagom mean? what are you doing?
take a look around. it's here. been there the whole time. just quiet. walking slowly. snacking along the way. like a jungle cat trying to make its way back to utah again.
how long have you played guitar? how many instruments??
santa. 5th grade. electric came much later. including both? 6. not at the same time. unless I get a few extra arms. ai might do that, but not me.
now that you're down here, follow me somewhere online whether that includes art, music, wilderness adventure and whatever else comes to mind. always a work in progress. never a dull moment with me...
