Mountain Medicine Print

elderflower, juniper, bergamot, mountain mint, wild strawberry and stinging nettle. medicines for the heart, soul, lungs, sickness, health, and clear sinuses. just a few handpicked from the mountains in one bunch to be brought home, dried, steeped or burned. smells best when hung upside down in the house to dry and bundle up for later. double up on juniper for desert sweetness and the sourdough starter she took on trips to not skip a feeding.
